Search and selection

I assist with both Search and Selection for top manager functions and for the key employee. My network means that I have an empathy for what is happening in the Danish business community and I am in constant contact with a number of key players in the Search and Selection industry. I always work discreetly and under tightened confidentiality and use our own unique profile tool Identity Blue Print in analysis and matching. The optimal is when I already advise the company and therefore have a Management Team Identity Blue Print to work from. If not available, it must be prepared as step 1.

I provide a 12 month guarantee on all agreements entered into and signed – unless otherwise agreed separately.

My fee is one monthly salary – however a minimum of DKK 85,000, – excl. VAT per. signed contract.

Price for a Management Team Profile is DKK 12,900 ex. VAT and 15,000 ex. VAT pr. Identity BluePrint Profile with accompanying analysis interview.
