Testimonials
Result-oriented action
“For the past 12 years, I have had the pleasure of benefiting from Sebastian Nybo's competencies - both as a lecturer and an agent for change, from sparring partner to leadership developer, and from personal developer to organizational developer. Sebastian has added theoretical, practical and not least action-oriented solutions to many of the major complex issues I have encountered in the work of establishing, developing and running successful businesses. Sebastian's insight is unique, but it is in the interpretation and implementation that he seriously shows his unique strength.
He is intensely present and his straight-forward nature is very trusting. And then the way to make the intangible tangible. He is able to divide unmanageable processes into their core elements, from which the work of transformation can begin.
I personally have no doubt about where to turn when I lack perspective or competent sparring!"

A push in the right direction after the corona pandemic
“Sebastian Nybo gave a lecture for the department about well-being and job satisfaction, and about how to find your way back in to a good interaction with our colleagues after a long period of homework as a result of the corona pandemic.
The lecture was lively and humorous and set the thoughts and reflections in motion.
The feedback from the participants was, among other things:
"Really good presentation about job satisfaction, I got several good things from the presentation. Very inspiring" and "Super good presentation, there were really some comments that hit the nail on the head".
Thanks to Sebastian for giving us a push in the right direction."

Relevant and tailored lecture that provided food for thought
“At the advertising agency ZUPA, we would like to have some tools for how we could become better at tackling various conflicts - partly internally - partly with our customers. And the latter in particular is often linked to a negotiation of finances and budgets, which must be addressed and fall into place - both before and during a project.
In this regard, we contacted Sebastian Nybo to hear if he would be able to address this topic in a lecture and at the same time make it relevant and meaningful, so that everyone got some tools in their ongoing dialogue and meeting with the customer. Both for the creative person for selling his ideas, for the project manager or consultant who has to ensure that we are paid for what we do and at the same time manage to maintain the good relationship with the customer. Not immediately an easy task, but after an in-depth talk with Sebastian before the lecture, he made it extremely relevant and something we could all see ourselves in or recognize without it becoming too specific.
The lecture itself was both relevant, entertaining, well-planned and provided the right insight into some of the mechanisms at play between people and why we react the way we do. So everyone on the team became more equally equiped and felt both inspired and entertained. The meeting with Sebastian has set in motion a lot of thoughts, which we are now working on and incorporating into our daily lives."

We will without a doubt make use of Sebastian again
“I can only warmly recommend Sebastian. He mixed a serious topic, like the mental work environment, with a good dose of humor, and managed to entertain and convey the important messages.
We all learned an incredible amount and at the same time got to laugh so much. Sebastian is a lively and entertaining speaker who manages to capture the audience and involve them in the discussions. We will without a doubt make use of Sebastian again. Thank you so much for your commitment and the way you are."

World Class
“In June 2006, the LEGO Group announced the future structure of the global supply chain, which meant a reduction in jobs in the Global Supply Chain in Billund of up to 900. Against this background, the production in Billund initiated a project that would help to facilitate the transition to the new structure, with fewer functional units and fewer employees.
Sebastian Nybo has worked with the Management Group in the Production Areas, with the aim of merging the different environments that existed within the function areas. The main themes have been:
Change management
Preparation of personal profiles, including individual feedback and advice as well as definition of the Management Group's overall strength and development areas
Communication theory and practical training
Continuation of process at the end of 2008
Sebastian has guided this process in an inspiring, easy-to-understand and professional way and is also a world-class speaker."

A keynote speaker in a class of his own
“Sebastian Nybo has been a valued partner and lecturer at the Danish Technological Institute for more than 15 years and has throughout the years delivered teaching in a class of its own adapted to the Danish business community. Due to his professional ballast and ability to deliver his knowledge in a present and humorous way, Sebastian is among our best evaluated teachers.
Both as a lecturer and teacher, Sebastian Nybo is able to capture his audience and meet the participants where they are, so they can apply their new knowledge in real life immediately. I can highly recommend Sebastian Nybo as a lecturer and teacher."

Time for change
“The Danish Patent and Trademark Office's unit for Politics & Law held a team day focusing on cooperation, communication and change. Sebastian Nybo ended the day by nudging entrenched beliefs and giving an inspiring lecture on the importance of being ready for change.
Sebastian is very present and delivers his messages with humor and great conviction. We all took new knowledge home with us and took that step closer to the realization that we cannot live without change."

5 stars for Sebastian
“Have you ever thought about how to make your teams work better, or how to facilitate a global network to collaborate in an efficient and flexible way?
We have.
And then we found Sebastian Nybo - who with his very inspiring, energetic and humorous lectures and workshops - has given us a lot of easy-to-use and effective tools to boost our transnational co-operation and increased our team understanding.
We give him 5 stars."

An enriching lecture
I heard Sebastian Nybo give a lecture in which he convincingly reviewed the thoughts and theories behind his book "How to handle difficult people". Before the lecture I felt I had a good insight into people and their motives and yet I was greatly enriched by the lecture.
Sebastian has given me simple, and yet new insight into my own and others' personalities, to such an extent that there have been fewer difficult people around me :-).
I can highly recommend Sebastian Nybo as a lecturer if a group of managers or employees is to be given increased insight into conflict patterns."

Sebastian is exemplary
“Aalborg Municipality's leaders are regularly offered theme meetings with fresh knowledge and inspiration about management and organizational development. Sebastian concluded our series of lectures for 2011 with a fantastic speak on how inner leadership is the key to increased co-responsibility.
Sebastian unfolds his own talent in an exemplary way by using himself, his humor and concrete experiences, which create recognition and aha - experiences with the audience. Sebastian's messages go deep and speak to the individual's responsibility and ethical demand in the management area, both in organizations and as people on a planet already endangered for survival. The lecture made a strong impression and thus filled with new thoughts and inspirations, 130 of our leaders are now stronger in defining goals and responsibility for 2012.
Our collaboration with Sebastian has made a fantastic start and we look forward to developing the relationship and collaboration in the future."

Sebastian knows how to communicate with his whole expression
"My first experience with Sebastian and his unique theories and management tools was when I participated in a 4 hour seminar held by my union The Finance Association - where Sebastian gave his presentation "Good management - also in headwinds". My reason for participating was because of the financial crisis that was upon us at the time - a wrong decision could have massive consequences and I lacked the tools to communicate with my staff. These were exactly the tools that were presented at the seminar.
The seminar gave me an insight into human nature and how we perceive each other through body language, voice and word choice.
So when two years later I got the opportunity to participate in a two day seminar with the title "Optimal leadership communication" also with Sebastian as a teacher - I hurried to sign up to gain access to more of his knowledge. Sebastian presents his ideas with great impact and in an innovative way. He knows how to communicate both verbally and with all his expression, body language and voice.
He uses many examples from everyday life and that makes it easy to relate to the material - therefore it becomes easier for me to relate and apply methods and tools directly in my situation. Therefore, I can only give Sebastian my warmest recommendation."

Sebastian met the expectations of all 300 participants
"The headline "Change is the game - from Cry baby to Duracell bunny" had given the 300 listeners high expectations for a morning with Sebastian Nybo as lecturer.
Sebastian met all the expectations of the participants with a lecture that was delivered with great commitment, filled with lots of facts and humor. A morning that gave the participants something to look forward to - and above all to think about."

Improved well-being
Over the past year, I have had an incredibly good collaboration with the SEA Group on improving well-being in parts of my administration. In the spring of 2010, well-being was a major challenge in the administration under Technology and the Environment. The SEA Group was contacted to help us improve and provide a guideline for a continuous focus on well-being.
We conducted interview rounds with all employees and managers to get a diagnosis of the challenges of well-being. Goals and direction were set for the work, and organizational changes were implemented and the issues mentioned in the SEA Group's reporting were addressed. It has been a long process to turn well-being from a negative focus to a now forward-looking focus, but I have clearly experienced that Sebastian and the SEA Group have been a very important and competent partner for everyone involved.
Sebastian has managed to put a clear language on the challenges and keep focus on the process even during hectic periods along the way. The SEA Group has managed to have theoretical and practical approaches to this work for the benefit of everyone in the organization. I have no doubt that Sebastian has played an important part in the improved well-being experienced in the management - both as a sparring partner and facilitator of this well-being process. I will clearly in other similar situations and projects turn to Sebastian for sparring and guidance in the future."

Professionalism and gentleness - a formula for success
“In a period of mergers and organizational changes in SKAT, we have, in collaboration with Sebastian Nybo, worked purposefully with leadership development. The result has been a well-coordinated management in Tax Center Nærum with a common management language and common values.
The starting point has been “Inner Leadership”, in which the philosophy of self-insight, common values and organizational understanding fits well with SKAT´'s strategic goal of organizing it's work, where there must be no organizational obstacles for the solving of work tasks where the competency in large-scale economies are used to the best possible advantage.
In an inspiring interaction between theory and practice, Sebastian Nybo has given vitality to leadership and organizational development. The tools have i.a. been the TalentProfile™, conflict management, coaching, communication training, all handled with a professionalism that has gently moved our boundaries. As leaders, we are aware of our diversity. This means that we act with a much greater authenticity and that we perceive the difference positively and as a strength. Something that is being worked on further in the organization."

Captivating and present
“Last year we had a 2-day course with Sebastian Nybo. The focus of the first course was Communication, the second course was about Teamwork.
With Sebastian's help, it has been possible for the employees to understand how much energy and development is "hidden" in having different roles in a team. We have gained a common understanding about the processes that are in a team and how we use the processes to grow as a team. Sebastian's courses have not only given us many "snippets of wisdom"; they have given us an organizational framework of understanding, which we greatly enjoy - every day!
Sebastian teaches in a way that is both captivating and personal. Using humor and genuine interest in our area of work, he holds our attention.
Sebastian can be highly recommended to all companies with a focus on cooperation and well-being, also in the public sector!"

4,9 out of 5
“Based on the fact that good management and communication in a dynamic company is the means to achieve top performance and well-being, we at TDC Business Customer Service have completed a leadership development course, where we together with Sebastian Nybo have trained techniques and tools that support the leader's role as communicator.
All in all, a very inspiring and educational course - centered around "Dialogue and feedback" respectively. “Communication to groups” - where we have created a common focus on the leader's role as communicator and the value of effective communication planning and not least the professional and psychological elements that are part of effective and rewarding communication at both individual and group level.
Sebastian is a fantastically skilled communicator and his form of teaching with an alternation between theory and practical case training - among other things - in the form of conversation workshops - has been extremely fruitful and provided a basis for great reflection.
The collaboration with Sebastian has clearly lived up to our expectations and embraced a relevant need for development, which is also confirmed by the participant evaluation, where the feedback on the question about "To what extent can you use the course in your daily work" is an overall score of 4.9 (on a scale of 1 to 5).
We have been given some models and methodologies that we can and must continue to work with - because there is no doubt that it can be difficult to master the role of communicator. Most of us are not yet world champions in communication - it is knowledge and experience that make us change behavior and strengthen our ability as a communicator. Therefore, it is of course important that we hold each other accountable in using this learning and give each other feedback. Because as Sebastian Nybo says: "If one learns a little and shares it with others - then everyone learns a lot."".

A great management tool
"The seminar guides the student through the use of the various tools with a focus on the bottom line of business and that a modern company must always be in "motion" and thus ready for change.
The Book and the Course both manage to integrate business strategy and human resources in an elegant way; a great management tool."

Recommended sparring partner for managerial challenges
"After making my first acquaintance with Sebastian Nybo, at a lecture on 'Emotional EQ', I was drawn and captured by Sebastian's way and method of 'taking the floor' and therefore had to subsequently ask Sebastian for help in dealing with several major managerial challenges in everyday life.
Sebastian possesses an enormous calm and trustworthy attraction, both by his great convincing knowledge of his core competencies, while at the same time his personal way of "getting people up off their chairs", whether the agenda is TurnAround, Peptalk, Development, Collaboration or Dealing with Crisis Situations.
I can therefore only warmly recommend Sebastian Nybo as a sparring partner for major managerial challenges in everyday life, whether it is 10 or 200 people, where you just have to admit that experts are experts."

Inner Leadership
“Sebastian Nybo, author and passionate inspirer, is able by his personality and visualization skills to explain the work tools his book provides the reader with, in a very vivid and easy-to-understand way.
Management from his point of view, but certainly also Kirkegaard's, is not a matter of standing out, but of being at the forefront, and thereby letting the employees benefit from one's knowledge and profits.
In short: Communicating behavioral psychology in an easy-to-understand and useful way."

Readiness for change
“Being ready for change sounds so simple - and it's so difficult. At the same time, it is more important than ever before.
I had previously heard Sebastian Nybo's talk on "Change is the game", and I immediately thought that here were some messages that everyone should listen to.
Therefore, we invited Sebastian Nybo to come and give a speech for all our employees.
He manages in a professional, simple and at the same time very humorous way to communicate clear messages to large gatherings. You listen, learn and are entertained at the same time. And in the end you find out that you are laughing at yourself ..."

Mental first aid
"Readiness for change, high performance, stress management and holistic understanding": "Sebastian has an amazing ability to put into words and examples the problems and challenges that we experience every day in working with others. Therefore, when we in my department needed to be "well shaken up", Sebastian was an easy choice, as I had seen him a few times before outside Grundfos.
Sebastian and I met before the course to talk about how our department is integrated and how we would like some "mental first aid". So when he showed up for the course, which we chose to call "Seminar on change readiness, high performance, stress management and holistic understanding", he was able to come up with just the examples we needed to illustrate our problems. And challenges.
When the day was over, we were all full of impressions and concrete suggestions for what we could go home and do differently - in relation to ourselves and in relation to improving our cooperation with each other. The only thing we were sad about was that we only had one day in the company of Sebastian ... but we can always make up for that another time, because we are many who want to continue working to improve everyday life in the department.
Here, half a year after we had a visit from Sebastian, we may not talk so much anymore about "old monkeys" and "that it takes two to tango". However, we have stuck to two tools that we got from Sebastian's presentation on stress management. One tool is a small "clock" where we can set how busy we are. If the "clock" is red, you will not be disturbed, if it is yellow or blue, you will be fine - depending on how urgent the other person's task is. Another tool is also very simple but effective. Tasks that we hand over to a colleague are marked in red, yellow and green depending on how urgent it is. In this way, we have a visible tool that reminds us that we must remember to talk to each other about the scope and deadline of the task, instead of just passing it on with the words "it is urgent". And the very best thing is that we pretty much all went on the same course, so we have a common starting point and common knowledge, which makes it easier to tackle everyday problems and challenges, both big and small. Are we trained? No, so who knows if Sebastian will soon have to this way again?"

Everyone gets something to take home
“We have used the SEA Group Ltd as an external partner in various group contexts and always with a good result.
In particular, I would like to highlight Sebastian Nybo as a unique speaker.
Sebastian manages to reach close to the individual participant - also in a larger forum, and I would venture the claim that everyone gets something to take home, both in the form of practical tools, and also food for thought.
I would put it very simply, namely: "that there will be more scope for improvement when SEA Group Ltd has given of its knowledge."
I can only recommend him to others."

The leadership of the future
“Reference to the Management Training.
In connection with a leadership development project for several partners, Sebastian Nybo has been an inspiring and motivating teacher.
He has managed to combine humor and intensive learning around leadership, so that the participants have gained a thorough insight into the "optimal leadership". The disciplines: "Coaching", "behavior patterns" and "conflict management" have been given a particularly strong impression.
Sebastian Nybo really has his finger on the pulse of what will be the future leadership."

A long-lasting experience
"The Consumer Rights Team from Forbrugernes Hus held a team day, where Sebastian Nybo opened for the further discussions in a 90-minute speak entitled: "Personal Power / Change is the Game / Stress Management".
It was something of a kick-start, as Nybo articulated and staged many of the problems in any workplace that make change and renewal difficult to deal with for the individual employee and difficult to implement for management. Nybo used humor as well as literature and science to illustrate problems and paths to solutions.
He managed to give the audience quite a few "Aha experiences" along the way, and that made the rest of the day's discussions fruitful with results and techniques that we are still working on.
Thank you for a "long lasting" experience."

Personal power in the middle of a change process
“As part of a major restructuring process, we chose to focus on personal power to strengthen the individual employee, and give the employee personal tools to get through the process.
The SEA Group gave us a fantastic day, and gave the individual employee a push to dare to face the fact that the responsibility for one's career path lies with oneself, and not with the employer. The employees were strengthened to join in the change process.
It is difficult to say exactly what the individual got out of the seminar, as personal input was expected. However, everyone agreed that it had been a great day and that they had each had something to think about and work on.
And it was certainly not insignificant that the day was also experienced as a nice day with an inspiring consultant."

Change - is the name of the game
“In the large, but often overwhelming range of speakers who will tell us about the changing world and how we as working individuals should relate to future demands and offers - Sebastian Nybo from the SEA Group was a refreshing experience.
It is when Sebastian Nybo himself lets go of the reins and jumps into the role of a coiffured secretary that he really impresses. As the secretary who pretends to understand everything about the company merger, when in reality she is shaking with nervousness and is only fixated on her own identity.
"You have to dare and you have to demand that your job brings out the best in you every day. Life and work should not be about how we get to the weekend as soon as possible ", said Sebastian Nybo.
I try to live by that every single day since his lecture."
