Terms of trade

1. Purchases at SEA Group Ltd online shop

A binding purchase agreement has not been processed with SEA Group Ltd online shop until you have received an order confirmation. We do not store the order confirmation itself after it has been sent to the customer.

2. Prices

All prices include 25% VAT and is in Danish kroner, if nothing else is mentioned.
The prices are only valid within Denmark’s borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Changes may occur due to:
* Currency changes
* Force majeure
* Delivery failure
* Tax changes
* Sold out items and printing errors

3. Sales in general

The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price.

4. Delivery

We send orders as soon as possible after we have registered payment. Orders are dispatched and sent, with an invoice attached, by postal services within 5-8 working days, provided that the goods are in stock. However, if your order contains non-stock-items, the order will only be shipped when we can make a total delivery.
Orders are delivered as letters or postal parcels via PostNord. Packages can be tracked in PostNord’s Track & Trace system, and you will receive an email with the package number when we send your order.

5. Shipping

All domestic orders (DK) are added to shipping costs to cover administration costs and shipping costs to PostNord. SEA Group Ltd uses PostNord.
Overseas and foreign destinations pay freight at current rates at PostNord.
These rates are entered into our system and you will always be informed of the shipping cost before ordering. You will never pay more than what is calculated by the system.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or repeal an order already placed, this should in principle be done in the same way as the order was placed.
Alternatively, this can be done by sending an email marked Cancellation. Here, the order time and order number should appear.
Have you received an order confirmation per e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text Cancellation! inserted in the subject. Cancellation should be made before kl. 14:00 the same day as the order is placed.

7. Right of withdrawal / return

You have a 14-day right of return / cancellation.
The goods must be returned in original packaging, and any protective packaging must not be broken.
The cost of return shipments must be paid by you.
If you want the money back, it will make our expedition easier if you also send us your bank information.

We need the following information:
Name of the bank
Registration number (4 digits)
Account number (10 digits)
We will return the amount to your account as soon as possible upon receipt of the item.

8. Exercise of the right of complaint

Complaints regarding defects must be notified to SEA Group Ltd online Shop within 1 week of receipt of the item.

9. Proper return

All products returned to SEA Group Ltd online shop must be properly wrapped and in original packaging.
SEA Group Ltd online shop recommends that the item is returned via PostNord and that the item is sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in PostNord’s system and thus removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to SEA Group Ltd online shop. In addition, the customer has the opportunity to report the package if delivery has not taken place.

10. Complaints and warranty

There is a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.
SEA Group Ltd exchanges defective or deficient goods as much as possible.

The cost of return shipments of this type is paid, by agreement, by SEA Group Ltd.

11. Information on complaint possibilities

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk. The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state our e-mail address sn@sebgruppen.dk.
